The fascination with abilities and the supernatural has drawn my attention since I was a kid.  I remember pretending to jump up up and away and fly, just like superman. Then I came crashing down to the hard earth of reality.  I couldn't fly, however one of the things that I have taken from my fascination with ultra abilities is that I will never have them!  I will never be that type of hero who saves the day.  Yet that does not phase me from aiming to be the best I can be with the abilities and skills that I have and that I am learning.
It is great that we have the comic book heroes, but what is better is that we have the ability to improve on who we are and daily be the best we can be!

Living is one of the greatest gifts we have ever been given, but yet how many of us are living presently everyday?  More often than not, we are living the same stuff over and over, bringing old patterns and beliefs from our experience into the present, we never really change- only if something checks that current belief into something that fits into our own lenses of perception.  Lately I have been wondering what old beliefs and patterns kick into gear for me on a daily basis that don't allow me to enjoy the gift of life in the present.  What I have discovered is that there are more than I thought! So out with the old and off to discover the new!
